| CursedCrusaders has been running for well over 5 years now and is run by a group of real life friends, during our time we have had some very good times and some not so good times, but through good and bad we have endeavoured to continue on. At our peak we had well over 500 members and would regularly have over 50 - 60 members online in an evening. Although the guild was large there was no sense of community, now we have fewer numbers and are a small but friendly guild with a strong sense of community. We are part of an alliance called The Honourbound (THB), consisting of Roses of Dawn, The One, Phoenix Legion, Ye Olde Geezers, and of course, CursedCrusaders, this alliance allows us smaller non-raid specific guilds to venture to areas we would otherwise not be able to access. It also gives us a bigger pool of players to look from when trying to tackle an instance or a difficult quest. |

New Raid Team.
|
Tasteoffear (Chaz) started his new raid team tonight. There were a few people that had never raided and a few that were returning to the raid scene, so to try and get people to gel and learn the raid enviroment we headed to BWD where the Team wiped a few times on Magmaw before coming to grips with him and earning the Team's first ever kill. Grats to all concerned. They then took their new found confidence and proceeded to The Omnitron Defence System and defeated it with the very first attempt of the team. Well done!!
After these successes they then tried their hand at Chimaeron and managed to get him to about 10% with the best effort, but time had vanished too quickly and it was raid end time.
A few people came along to lend Chaz and the team a hand including guild members and friends of the guild. Thanks to all who showed up to show their support for Chaz and the new Team. Hopefully the Team will Grow from srength to strength and be up there with the rest in no time.

Guild Site.

Guild site main page has had a few changes, hopefully for the better, they are minor changes but I think they make the look a little better. The Recruitment/Applications had a change with a new custom module I have put in place. So too has the Boss Progression, which now operates in a drop down list style, but still has the features of video links and links to wow dungeon/raid descriptions.
We also have a shout box and the re-introduction of guild news. |

Guild finally get their reward for many a hard nights raiding in Firelands. Thanks to all who have taken part in any of the guild raids, the downing of the final boss would not be possible without the help and effort from everyone who has taken part from our first adventures in there.
Team Golden Pig down Ragnaros securing a THB first kill. The team impresses yet again. A big CONGRATULATIONS to one and all!!
